Product Manager II
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed Product Manager to join our Machine Learning team, focused on building AI-enabled solutions that improve the experience and performance of our Experts. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, experimentation, and empathy — building tools that drive impact across the business. You’ll work closely with the Jarvis team, a dedicated ML group, and collaborate with various stakeholders across product, engineering, quality, and expert acquisition to identify problems, validate hypotheses, and launch iterative solutions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast cycles, lean experimentation, and diving deep into data and user behavior — all while playing a key role in shaping how ML gets applied to real-world customer and expert experiences.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML-driven features supporting Experts, from ideation to launch
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build predictive models (e.g., refund propensity, auto-categorization, expert matching)
Design and execute experiments, define hypotheses, and structure A/B tests to validate ideas
Develop roadmaps and MVPs grounded in lean methodology and iterative development
Work cross-functionally with other PMs, engineering teams, and initiative leads to bring scalable solutions to life
Deeply understand the expert experience through qualitative research, session analysis, and usage data
Use metrics to track success, inform prioritization, and continuously improve product outcomes
Communicate vision and progress clearly to a broad range of stakeholders — from engineers to initiative leads
Take the first steps on bold ideas that initiatives may not have the bandwidth to explore — and turn them into validated opportunities
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2C Product Management experience, ideally in fast-paced, lean environments
Proven experience building and launching AI- or ML-enabled features
Strong experimentation mindset, with hands-on A/B testing and test design experience
Ability to translate data insights and research into compelling product strategies
Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with ML concepts, even if not a practitioner — you understand how to apply them to product problems
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead with empathy and clarity
Strategic thinker with a tactical bias for action and experimentation
Experience working with distributed teams, especially those across time zones
Comfortable playing both product and light project manager roles — you get things done
Bonus Points
Experience working with Expert-facing or supply-side products
Previous roles in smaller companies or start-up environments
Background in technical product management or business systems analysis
Located in Central or Eastern U.S. time zones (to align better with global teams)
