Description: Under the direction of the Chief Product Officer, the Product Manager – Fire will play a key role in reimagining how fire departments nationwide utilize our tools. You will be responsible for moving our Fire product vision forward by understanding Fire agencies’ unique needs, building a compelling roadmap, and driving adoption of Fire RMS, Visual Pre-Plans, Checklist and Inventory and other ImageTrend solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the experience of Fire and Rescue agencies, blends a strong user-centric approach with data-driven insight, and excels at turning strategic plans into tangible enhancements.
What You'll Do:
Define and articulate the strategic roadmap for Fire offerings, ensuring alignment with ImageTrend’s larger vision
Continuously refine product strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, epics, and features, partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to coordinate development, delivery, and launch activities.
Advocate for a user-friendly Fire module experience, including intuitive interfaces and streamlined workflows that reflect on-the-ground firefighting realities.
Evaluate, monitor and propose for product Pricing and Packaging across markets
Engage regularly with fire departments, chiefs, and administrative staff through site visits, calls, or user groups to understand workflows and pain points.
Serve as the internal voice of the Fire customer, ensuring their challenges and workflows drive product decisions.
Present product updates and business cases to senior executives; serve as the internal advocate for Fire product initiatives.
Provide guidance to fellow Product team members, sharing insights into Fire domain requirements, NERIS integration strategies, and product management best practices.
Use data-driven methods (KPIs, financial models, customer usage analytics) to measure product success and guide iterations.
Contribute to the broader Product Management discipline at ImageTrend, supporting the adoption of Agile practices and other operational best practices.
Travel to orientation, industry or company events, or other onsite meetings as required.
Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
A degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Proven Product Management experience, preferably in Fire services, public safety, GovTech, or other similar industry
Experience working in a B2B, Enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong track record of defining successful product roadmaps, product initiatives, and managing backlogs in an Agile environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market research, usage analytics, and customer feedback to guide product direction
Excellent communication skills for executive presentations, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to develop quantitative business cases and financial models that drive product investment decisions
Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver complex products in a fast-paced environment, and strong understanding of the SDLC and Scrum/Agile methodologies
History of effectively managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term customer needs with long-term product strategy
Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
Ability to travel as required, up to 10%

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $120,000 - $155,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
