Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and refine the DFT product roadmap in alignment with CAI’s digital transformation goals.
- Develop integrated strategies for facility data capture, asset onboarding, and spatial planning.
- Envision long-term digital twin capabilities (e.g., AR/VR, mobile issue tracking, spatial turnover packages).
Agile Product Ownership
- Serve as Scrum Product Owner across cross-functional development teams.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria based on real-world facility and operational workflows.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure continuous value delivery.
User and Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams, clients, and SMEs to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital tools.
- Champion end users such as facilities, engineering, and capital project teams.
- Incorporate feedback loops to enable rapid prototyping and MVP releases.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with the Reality Capture team on 3D model development, SLAM workflows, and LiDAR protocols.
- Collaborate with external partners (e.g., Autodesk) to ensure compatibility with BIM standards.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build onboarding resources and go-to-market assets.
Solution Development & Differentiation
- Standardize reusable templates, visualization modules, and spatial tools across projects.
- Develop mobile-first solutions for punch list tracking, asset induction, and facility navigation.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., model adoption, delivery timelines) to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or digital transformation (preferably in life sciences, mission critical, or facilities industries).
- 2+ years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum Product Owner or equivalent role).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with GxP environments and digital compliance frameworks (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of BIM, LiDAR, SLAM, and GIS technologies.
- Experience with Autodesk tools (Revit, Navisworks), point cloud processing, and SaaS-based planning platforms.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
- Understanding of facility lifecycle management, commissioning, and digital construction workflows.
$130,000 - $140,000 a year
Average base salary range - not including benefits and bonus.
