  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and collaborate with consumer insights and design partners to address them.

  • Collaborate with Algorithm Product Managers to enhance signup flow experiences by tailoring them to customer personas and specific market needs.

  • Set the product roadmap with a focus on enhancing conversion rates for non-members and former members across all platforms (e.g., TV, native apps, web).

  • Develop modular, scalable, and effective conversion flows across platforms and partner experiences.

  • Standardize critical user experiences and features while allowing for customization and optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with the Pricing and Plans team to maximize revenue.

  • Support and drive engagement with major launches and live events.

  • Make key decisions regarding the product roadmap and rollout strategies.

 Ideal Skills:

  • Passion for Growth, Customer Lifecycle Management, Product, LTV Maximization, and/or Behavioral Science!

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms.

  • Experience with growth, acquisition, lifecycle optimization, plans, monetization in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with global scope where the consumer is paying for the service

  • Strategic thinker with a healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with customer-focused mindset and empathy

  • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team - your ability to build strong relationships is critical to success.

  • Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask ‘why'
