About the job
Twilio is looking for a Product Manager to join the Voice Connectivity product team of the Twilio Communications business unit. Twilio Voice connects calls to over 200 countries, sells over 250 number types, with logic to trigger one of over 2000 billable items. The complex nature of costing (supplier reconciliation), pricing, and billing requires the creation of visualizations and reports. You act as an owner to ensure the health of the business. Also, you will define requirements and work with engineering to build the next generation of tooling needed to operate the world's largest voice network for business to consumer calling.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Manage the business with a data-driven mindset. Use tools such as Looker and run SQL or Kibana queries to find insight and make recommendations.
Build a world-class tooling for the voice operations team
Partner with Pricing Strategy and Pricing Operations to determine the pricing and packaging for Twilio’s global voice connectivity products.

Required:
Use tools such as Looker and run SQL queries to find insight and present in visualizations such as some of the following: Kibana, Looker, Tableau, Grafana
Analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Strong technical, analytical, and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, data science, or equivalent practical experience
Desired:
Basic Scripting in languages such as Python and Javascript to perform data analysis or automation.
Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
Experience working as a Business analyst
Experience as a software developer
Location
This role will be based in our Tallinn, Estonia office or remote from Estonia.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 5% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
