  • Co-design (with vendor) and support implementations of solutions that align with the organization's IT strategy and the broader objectives of the InPost Group (spanning 7 countries in a multi-organization setup with 1,000+ active users), ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency,

  • Collaborate with other Inpost teams to design and deliver complete Lead-2-Cash solutions (Comarch BSS & MS Dynamics CRM).

  • Collaborate directly with the vendor's technical team to clarify requirements, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to the system.

  • Oversee and coordinate internal (interfaces, logictics) and external teams responsible for the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of BSS implementations (expertise in integrating systems with various platforms using APIs, message queues, or other integration patterns would be an asset).

  • Convert business requirements (such as product configuration and its pricing rules) into clear technical tasks that can be understood and executed by the tech teams.

  • Lead workshops and other collaborative activities to gather requirements and share knowledge.

  • Prepare presentations, and demonstrations for billing-related initiatives, showcasing solutions and value

  • Help troubleshoot complex issues related to user access, workflows, and other configuration or integration aspects.

  • Technical ownership of the system after go-live

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT/ICT) or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Architect.

  • Experience with BSS Comarch implementations would be an asset (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation).

  • Experience with billing products available on the market would be an asset (e.g. SAP BRIM, Netcracker).
