As Goodnotes strategically expands from its B2C roots into B2B markets, the capabilities built by our team are the foundation of our future success in the business space. You will be joining a team distributed across Europe and Asia, offering a dynamic and global work environment.
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to help drive our B2B product strategy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building SaaS products that businesses love. You will focus on understanding the unique needs of our business customers, translating their problems into actionable product requirements, and working closely with our product development teams to deliver high-value B2B features. You will be instrumental in shaping the B2B user experience, from initial adoption to organization-wide integration.

Talk directly with business customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and procurement processes.
Translate customer needs and business problems into clear product specifications, user stories, and feature requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and design to build foundational B2B features such as Single Sign-On (SSO/SAML), admin controls, permissions, and third-party integrations via APIs and webhooks.
Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for growth, drawing on your familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support the go-to-market strategy for B2B features.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure our product meets and exceeds the standards of the US SaaS market.
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
4+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company with a significant presence in the US market.
Demonstrable understanding of common business software requirements, including security, compliance, and integration patterns.
Technical fluency with concepts like APIs, webhooks, SSO, and SAML, allowing you to have productive conversations with engineers about technical trade-offs.
A strong sense of customer empathy, combined with the commercial awareness to understand how businesses evaluate, purchase, and adopt software.
Experience working with data to make informed product decisions and a familiarity with PLG metrics and funnels.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
You must be based in an Asia timezone to ensure sufficient working overlap with our cross-functional teams in the region.
Experience in the productivity or collaboration software space.
