About the Role:
As the Product Line Manager for Decision Cloud, you will shape the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio. Leading cross-functional teams, you’ll champion innovative solutions that resonate with our customers and fuel business growth. This role calls for a blend of strategic insight, product vision, and exceptional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a product strategy for student placement and assessment software that aligns with broader company goals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends, and use insights to guide product direction and positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality products that meet customer and business needs.
Maintain a clear product roadmap outlining upcoming features and enhancements for future releases.
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, communicating updates, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor product managers and subject matter experts to foster innovation and maximize customer value.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in statistics or quantitative research domains.
Deep understanding of quantitative research processes and methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments.
Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and product management tools.
Leadership and managerial experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience developing SaaS solutions.
Background in UX research and customer-centric product development.
Pragmatic mindset; certification in the Pragmatic Framework is a plus.
Familiarity with API development.
Experience with Computational AI
Benefits
Annual base salary is $140,000 - $145,000, depending on qualifications.
