About the Role:

As the Product Line Manager for Decision Cloud, you will shape the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio. Leading cross-functional teams, you’ll champion innovative solutions that resonate with our customers and fuel business growth. This role calls for a blend of strategic insight, product vision, and exceptional execution. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a product strategy for student placement and assessment software that aligns with broader company goals. 

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends, and use insights to guide product direction and positioning. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality products that meet customer and business needs. 

  • Maintain a clear product roadmap outlining upcoming features and enhancements for future releases. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, communicating updates, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement. 

  • Lead and mentor product managers and subject matter experts to foster innovation and maximize customer value. 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field. MBA preferred. 

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in statistics or quantitative research domains. 

  • Deep understanding of quantitative research processes and methodologies. 

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments. 

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making. 

  • Familiarity with Agile development practices. 

  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and product management tools. 

  • Leadership and managerial experience. 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience developing SaaS solutions. 

  • Background in UX research and customer-centric product development. 

  • Pragmatic mindset; certification in the Pragmatic Framework is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with API development. 

  • Experience with Computational AI 

Benefits

  • Annual base salary is $140,000 - $145,000, depending on qualifications.
