JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
The Wage and Corporate Disbursements revenue division oversees Green Dot’s wage disbursements offerings including the rapid! PayCard payroll card, rapid! Disbursements and rapid! Earned Wage Access platforms. The division has overall P&L responsibility of the products/ services as well as manages the internal direct sales process and external channel partners and sales organizations that leverage our offerings. The Product Integration Specialist will assist with post sales integration and technical product support. The Product Integration Specialist position will work closely with the Channel Managers, Enrollment Team, as well as external technical clients. This position will be responsible for product related tasks to serve as the link between all teams to ensure integration development, testing, and release is completed with the external clients. The Product Integration Specialist will also assist the Vice President of Product Management on Product Development, Implementation and continuous improvement of new and existing product and services. The Product Integration Specialist will also assist in being the voice of the client as it pertains to wants and needs from the rapid! suite of product and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Determine client/customer needs and assist with potential solutions
Exhibit solid rapid! product knowledge when dealing with clients and their needs and addressing any issues/concerns.
Provide technical product support when assisting clients and channel partners during integration development, testing, and release process.
Assist cross functional teams with ongoing support and troubleshooting of production issues
Be the technical liaison on behalf of our clients, channel partners, and internal teams
Assist Vice President of Product Management on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Provide active input when needed on Product Development and Implementation process discussions
Update existing rapid! manuals/documentation for any product related or integration related changes or additions that are applicable. Create new manuals/documentation when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong technical and computer software skills
Prior Product knowledge (payroll card, prepaid card, debit card) experience
Prior Product Integration experience a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong client and product focus
Creative and resourceful problem solver
High energy self-starter
Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products. Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Data Dog or their equivalent
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services and systems such as SOAPUI and Postman
Experience with SFTP Sites and FTP Clients
Fundamental understanding of Agile principles

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $84,000 to $126,100 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
