JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary:
The Product Integration Coordinator supports the Product Integration Specialists in successful onboarding and integration of clients using the rapid! suite of products, the rapid! PayCard payroll card, rapid! Disbursements and rapid! Earned Wage Access platforms. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate integration activities, track progress, and ensure timely communication. The Product Integration Coordinator will work closely with the Product Integration Specialists in documentation, testing support, and issue tracking, as well as serving liaison between technical and business teams. Additionally, the Coordinator will also support the Enrollment Team in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and education on the more technical and product related aspects of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate integration timelines and deliverables between internal teams and external clients.
Support the integration process by tracking tasks, updating documentation, and facilitating communication.
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain and update product manuals and integration guides under supervision.
Participate in client onboarding calls and internal status meetings.
Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Support the Product Integration Specialist and Product Management team with administrative and project-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a coordination, support, or client-facing role
Familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Enthusiasm in learning technical concepts and product integration processes.
Team-oriented with a proactive and detail-focused mindset.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking systems.
Basic understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as systems such as SOAPUI and Postman.
Basic understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTP), and FTP clients.

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $68,500 to $102,700 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
