Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated Product Designer to join our rapidly growing design team and help bring our vision to life. If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and be responsible for the end-to-end design process
- Work through product problems from definition to delivery for our customers
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Deliver polished, delightful, and simple design, thinking in terms of systems not just screens
- Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and in varying forms of fidelity, and connect regularly with customers to validate direction
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads as a member of an empowered product team as they build and ship solutions
- Participate in design critiques and present work regularly to peers and leadership
- Work with the VP of Design and a diverse group of curious and passionate designers to help build and grow a world-class design organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant design experience at a product-driven SaaS company
- Flexibility with scope and changing priorities
- The ability to interpret the complexity of software into a form that is accessible and understandable to users
- A baseline understanding of technical issues and how they affect design
- Effectively communicate and defend your design decisions
- Collaborate without compromising quality
- An appetite for learning and growth for yourself and your colleagues
- A passion for the little big details
