As a Product Designer II within the Measurement and Planning Design Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Pinterest Trends and Measurement products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and engage in high-visibility projects. Not only are you a problem-solver, but also a swift executor, driven by a passion for tackling complex challenges with user-friendly designs.

What you’ll do:

  • Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments while consistently delivering impactful results

  • Experience in balancing speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through optimizations

  • Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving

  • Excellent product thinking and UX design skills

  • High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset that is focused on impact

  • Challenge the status quo, push innovation, and inspire people toward a unified outcome
