Over time, you’ll take on larger initiatives and begin mentoring junior designers to help elevate the team’s overall craft.

YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and create user-centered solutions.

  • Communicate design rationale clearly and influence product direction.

  • Contribute to and evolve Eventbrite’s design system.

  • Iterate on designs based on user research, data, and feedback.

  • Support a culture of design excellence and mentor junior designers as you grow.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (2-3 key partners) such as PMs, engineers, and researchers.

  • Ability to articulate design decisions, accept feedback, and align teams around a shared vision.

  • Strong attention to craft & quality, delivering polished, scalable, and accessible designs.

  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.

  • Passion for learning, iteration, and continuous improvement.
