Product Designer - Growth & Monetization
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join our Growth & Monetization area—a cross-functional space that spans core product experiences like onboarding, account management, admin tooling, billing, and beyond. As a designer on this team, you’ll shape experiences that fuel Figma’s growth—from how users discover value to how organizations manage their accounts and scale over time. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, high-impact solutions that balance user needs with business goals, and help customers expand their use of the Figma ecosystem.
This role calls for a systems thinker and skilled visual designer who can move fluidly between strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’ll simplify complex workflows, contribute to product strategy, and design scalable systems that strengthen the relationship between users and Figma—always with a strong sense of craft and user advocacy.
This opportunity applies to openings of varying seniority levels across our Monetization and Growth teams. We’ll discuss more specifics about open roles during the interview process.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can all do your best work
Design and ship high-quality product improvements
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
Fluency in interaction design and prototyping, to express and refine nuanced design decisions
A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
Experience designing for multiple user types (e.g., individual users, admins, buyers) or across product tiers
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience designing in growth, monetization, or enterprise environments
A generative mindset and excitement for uncovering new opportunities across the product ecosystem
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
