As an L7 Staff Product Designer at DevRev, you'll be a resident expert with authority to drive product innovation aligned with business vision. You'll lead large-scale design initiatives while influencing long-term strategies and developing your team.

14+ years of product design experience
Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning
Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence
Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams
Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization
Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives
