We are looking for a Product and Pricing Analyst who is ready to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit future! In this role you will be responsible for driving data-informed pricing and licensing decisions that maximize revenue and support scalable growth. As an ideal candidate you are curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments to deliver insights that support product, sales, and executive teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pricing & Licensing

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on software pricing and licensing models.

  • Perform in-depth competitor benchmarking to understand pricing trends, value metrics, and discounting practices.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support custom pricing deals while maintaining profitability targets.

  • Develop pricing recommendations and business cases to improve monetization and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze the impact of price changes, promotions, and licensing adjustments on customer behavior and revenue.

  • Create and maintain pricing models and dashboards to support pricing decisions and visibility.

  • Maintain and update internal and external price lists and pricing calculators to ensure accuracy and alignment with current offerings and policies.

  • Deliver detailed reports and presentations on pricing performance and strategy opportunities.

Product Analytics

  • Analyze customer, partner, and product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Track product growth, customer acquisition, retention, and workload consumption patterns.

  • Assess storage usage and workload data to understand product performance across various dimensions.

  • Provide actionable insights to Product Management and GTM teams to inform roadmap and adoption strategies.

  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly and consistently to stakeholders.

  • Forecast product usage and revenue by combining historical trends, seasonality, pricing assumptions, and pipeline signals to inform capacity planning and revenue targets.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, pricing, product analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role in a B2B tech or SaaS company.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, licensing strategies, and revenue optimization principles.

  • Experience working with large datasets and using data to drive strategic decisions.

  • Proficiency in analytical and BI tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Ability to create financial and pricing models to evaluate different scenarios.

  • Solid business acumen and communication skills to influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with GTM processes and a cross-functional mindset.
