Manage scheduling, risk, and milestone delivery across multiple disciplines, ensuring clarity and predictability for all content being developed.
Partner with the Missions Design Lead and stakeholders to clearly define content goals, target player segments, and content engagement expectations.
Facilitate internal and external playtests, ensuring actionable feedback is received and implemented at the right moments in the development cycle.
Lead retrospectives and data-informed iteration using player sentiment and KPIs.
Champion tooling and process improvements to better support the Missions production cadence.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of Game Production experience, ideally on live service titles.
Deep familiarity with mobile F2P game mechanics and event-based content pipelines.
Proven experience collaborating with designers on gameplay balance and tuning.
A passion for player-centric content design, especially around combat, progression, and daily engagement.
Highly organized with an eye for process optimization and production tooling.
Strong communication skills; able to facilitate, prioritize, and keep everyone on the same page.
