We are building an industry-leading privacy and AI compliance program that earns the trust of our clients and staff, and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person looking to develop their privacy career in a global tech company.

You will team up with privacy subject matter experts and key internal partners to uplift our privacy operations and drive our program forward with velocity.

We're looking for someone who brings sharp analytical thinking, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast moving, collaborative environment. • Take ownership of key parts of our tech integration efforts, including AI-driven solutions, to strengthen and scale our privacy operations

  • Help drive operational excellence in privacy by shaping preventative, detective, and corrective controls - from automated SLA tracking to robust DSR response processes

  • Offer practical privacy advice to our business partners and support the writing of Privacy Impact Assessments

  • Support the privacy team in coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries and managing data subject complaints with rigor and consistency

  • Review due diligence responses from data processors and other third party service providers

  • Assist in writing and updating policies, procedures, and templates for responding to requests about client data and/or our data protection practices

  • Maintain our library of privacy impact assessments, records of processing activities, and privacy guidance documentation

Skills you should HODL

  • 2+ years of operational privacy experience, including advising on data subject rights and implementing scalable processes

  • Experience supporting a privacy function in a tech or financial services company

  • Experience advising on the GDPR and general knowledge of other key privacy frameworks (e.g., CCPA, PIPEDA)

  • Experience designing dashboards, metrics, and project trackers that surface key insights and drive visibility, alignment, and accountability

  • Experience with well-known knowledge base, task tracking, or data visualization tools

  • Experience in optimizing policies and procedures to demonstrate compliance with various external compliance frameworks

  • Ability to write and speak clearly and concisely in English

Nice to haves

  • Law degree or computer science degree

  • Experience working with auditors and regulators

  • CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E or CIPP certification
