  • Experience with survey programming software such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Google Forms, etc.

  • Familiarity with UserTesting.com and SPSS is a plus.

  • Strong in Excel and G-Suite Slides, Keynote.

  • Experience creating & sharing data visualizations that tell a clear story.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to balance the big picture and day-to-day tasks, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Persuasive written and verbal communication skills to influence business partners and senior leaders across the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience working with product and engineering teams to conduct discovery, usability, and performance research, providing clear recommendations.

  • Excellent interpersonal qualities; ability to collaborate effectively using a broad range of influence styles to drive desired results; works well with others and is considered a true standout colleague.

  • Ability to be autonomous - you take initiative and ownership of projects while collaborating with cross-functional partners and other designers, by seeking and giving feedback with a positive sense of curiosity and encouragement!

  • Fluency writing test plans and discussion guides for in-house/moderated or self-moderated research.

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $158,000 - $216,500
