Role Overview:

At FuturHealth, we’re on a mission to build a future where everyone feels empowered to confidently take control of their wellbeing. Our platform sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology, delivering a personalized, holistic approach to health. From telemedicine to medication delivery, from nutrition planning to insurance solutions, we’re redefining how people tackle obesity and related health challenges—one individual, one experience, one result at a time.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Payments team. In this role, you will drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our payment solutions, leveraging the latest technology trends to deliver seamless and innovative payment experiences. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payments in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and product roadmap for our Payments platform, focusing on delivering innovative and technology-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to deliver high-quality payment products and features on time and within budget.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user feedback and insights are incorporated into the product roadmap and decision-making process.

  • Ensure that customers who hit unknown roadblocks (insufficient-funds, credit declines and other payments-related issues) have a path forward via other payments vehicles (buy-now-pay-later, micro-loans, ACH-transfer, etc) in a seamless experience that assists with customer-conversion-rates and customer-satisfaction.

  • Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategies, user education, and post-launch analysis.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of payment products, iterating and optimizing as needed.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to payments, and leverage this knowledge to inform product strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully building, leading, launching and improving complex payment and fintech products from concept to launch.

  • Deep understanding of payment technologies, systems, and processes, including experience with multi-tenant SaaS services tailored for the Enterprise.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience using metrics and KPIs to drive product strategy and optimization.

  • Define and measure KPIs for product launch adoption and performance. You have a track record of quantifiable impact.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to leverage the latest trends and advancements to drive product excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently. You can lay out a short-term and a long-term roadmap founded by data and strategy.

  • Ability to operate both strategically and dive into details.

  • Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, skilled at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity. You relish the opportunity to build from the ground up. You have a can-do, dive-in, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with D2C healthcare, telehealth, or consumer wellness products.

  • Strong technical acumen or background in engineering or data science.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in consumer or clinical settings.

  • Passion for building mission-driven products that make a measurable difference in people’s lives.

The pay range for this role is $187,000- $250,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
