Premium Research and Data Administrator

Job Description

We’re looking for a Premium Research and Data Administrator to join Procore’s Lien Right Management Research team. In this role, you’ll investigate construction project details, fill in gaps in data, and ensure the accuracy of our project database. You’ll be a key part of delivering exceptional value to our customers through your attention to detail and proactive communication.

As a Premium Research and Data Administrator, you’ll partner with internal data teams and communicate with construction companies to collect, verify, and update critical project information. Use your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service mindset to maintain and improve the accuracy of our database. If you’re excited by the opportunity to support the construction industry through data integrity—we want to hear from you.

This position reports to one of our research managers and can be based remotely, or operate on a hybrid schedule if located near a Procore office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Research and gather property and construction project information from online county websites and internal/external tools

  • Communicate with customers and construction professionals via phone and email to verify or collect missing data

  • Work under deadlines set by our service-level agreements (SLAs) with customers

  • Enter updated or corrected job data into our internal database systems

  • Resolve inaccuracies by validating or correcting data using independent research and customer interactions

  • Support broader data quality initiatives by contributing to ongoing process improvements  

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys analytical thinking and troubleshooting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage a routine workflow and meet deadlines consistently

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $18.72 - $25.70. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
