We’re an innately curious team that’s not afraid to bring bold ideas to create better ways of solving problems. We’re looking for people who are passionate about solving some of the most difficult and pressing cybersecurity issues, while having fun doing it!

Day to day you will

• Work closely with customers and sales as the technical subject matter expert on the Kasada product (bot detection, web app integration)

• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations to prospective customers

• Proof of concept scoping, implementation and management

• Be communication centric - Educate customers and drive internal enablement

About you

• Ideally you will have had similar first-hand experience with managing bots, either in operations or representing related solutions 

• You are innately curious and approach challenges with a growth mindset

• Highly experienced in HTTP as a protocol and technologies that drive the modern web

• Familiar with HTTP debugging and log analysis tooling

• Experienced in debugging web applications using browser tools

• Understand layer 4 and layer 7 technologies (load balancing, reverse proxies)

• Understand CDN functionality and configurations (Cloudfront, Cloudflare, Akamai etc) 

• Have a great understanding of web applications, how they are architected and built

• You love working with customers and excel in offering them a white-glove experience
