PR Manager

From traditional media to podcasts, influencers to generative AI search, you’ll craft campaigns that don’t just make headlines, but move the business forward by elevating our brand and reinforcing our position as an AI leader in the global employment and HR technology industry.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute creative, high-impact owned and earned media campaigns across digital, social, podcasts, influencers and more.
Work closely with our PR agency and Communications team to pitch journalists and influencers, securing placements that achieve key KPIs including share of voice, SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Monitor industry news cycles, press trends and competitor media mentions for measurement and reporting purposes, as well as to identify timely outreach opportunities and proactively develop pitches.
Own the development and ongoing updates of media messaging, briefing documents and Q&As. Create key prep materials that simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
Work directly with G-P spokespeople on media opportunities, from developing content, to briefing executives for interviews and evaluating incoming press and speaking requests.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
Collaborate with our social media team to identify compelling ways to extend PR wins across G-P’s digital channels.
Explore and apply AI tools to optimize campaign strategies, amplify content and drive visibility in emerging AI-powered search and media channels.
Partner on paid media initiatives that extend the reach of earned coverage and amplify share of voice. Track and report on campaign performance metrics to show impact.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in B2B PR, with HR tech experience strongly preferred.
Strong grasp of the technology and AI landscape, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and authentic stories.
Proven success building and executing new and traditional media relations, including podcasts
Excellent writing and editing skills across formats including but not limited to press releases, bylined articles, blog posts and presentations
A track record of securing coverage and managing press interactions that support measurable business outcomes.
Curiosity and creativity to experiment with AI tools for content development, campaign design, and next-gen search optimization.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $105,600 - $132,000 plus variable compensation.
