What You’ll Do
Design and implement automated configuration and deployment processes to improve performance, accessibility, and maintainability of the platform.
Establish and manage administrator and service accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Develop self-service capabilities within the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) using scripting and automation tools to streamline developer workflows.
Collaborate with developers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
Own the operational health and performance of the services managed by your team.
Participate in on-call rotations to support customer and system needs.
Continuously improve platform capabilities, delivering solutions that positively impact users.
Grow within an environment that values learning, collaboration, and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in cloud/platform operations or related roles.
Hands-on experience administering cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
Deep knowledge of Linux system administration.
Experience automating tasks with scripting languages.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies (e.g., Load Balancers, DNS, SSL, Firewalls, NAT, NTP).
Performs other related duties as assigned.

United States Wage Range: $110,000 – $145,000
