About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Pinterest Channel Manager to build and own our Pinterest strategy from scratch. This role is perfect for someone who knows Pinterest inside and out, has successfully scaled Pinterest for eCommerce brands, and understands how to turn clicks and impressions into sales.
As our Pinterest Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel Pinterest strategy covering organic growth, paid campaigns, creative direction, analytics, and ongoing optimization. You will own the channel end-to-end and play a key role in driving measurable revenue growth.
This is a full-time remote role designed for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, takes full ownership, and is motivated by delivering results.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience managing and growing Pinterest accounts for eCommerce brands.
Proven track record of increasing visibility, engagement, and conversions through Pinterest.
Deep understanding of Pinterest algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with both organic content strategies and paid Pinterest ads.
Strong creative eye for pin design, branding, and storytelling that resonates with target customers.
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Develop and own CGK Linens’ Pinterest strategy to drive awareness, traffic, and sales.
Design, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging pins aligned with our brand and catalog.
Manage Pinterest Ads campaigns, from planning and targeting to execution and optimization.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics; prepare reports on KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, saves, and conversions.
Stay ahead of Pinterest trends and competitor strategies to keep our approach cutting-edge.
Collaborate with the creative team on graphics, photography, and content tailored for Pinterest.
Continuously test, learn, and refine tactics to maximize ROI.
