We are looking for a skilled and strategic Paid Media & ABX Campaign Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and 6Sense. You will work to drive key business objectives such as content downloads, demo requests, brand awareness, and pipeline generation through innovative and data-driven strategies. A deep understanding of both Paid Media and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics, along with leveraging AI tools, is essential for success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • 6Sense AMB Management: Own the 6Sense ABM platform, including:

  • Optimizing 6QAs and segments. 

  • Funneling site prospects through the sales funnel. 

  • Running display ads through 6Sense. 

  • Strategizing innovative ways to leverage 6Sense for 1:1 and 1:many ABM/ABX campaigns to drive pipeline generation. 

  • Google Paid Search Campaigns: Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads to drive content downloads and demo requests.

  • LinkedIn Paid Social Campaigns: Lead LinkedIn ad campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving demo requests, and content downloads.

  • Paid Media & Content Syndication: Oversee paid media efforts and content syndication campaigns to amplify reach and engagement with target audiences.

  • AI Utilization: Incorporate AI tools and strategies across paid search, social campaigns, ABM efforts, and content syndication to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Google Paid Search and LinkedIn Paid Social campaigns. 

  • Strong experience using 6Sense or similar ABM platforms (knowledge of display ads, segmentation, and funnel optimization). 

  • Experience in content syndication and driving conversions through paid media. 

  • Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance paid media and ABM strategies. 

  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams. 

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms. 

  • Familiarity with ABM/ABX strategies and experience executing both 1:1 and 1:many campaigns. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

$75,000 - $85,000 a year

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $75,000-$85,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
