Lead paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic display, affiliate, and other digital channels
Own full-funnel execution of digital performance campaigns including media planning, creative briefing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
Continuously test and optimize creative, bids, audiences, and landing pages to improve CAC and LTV
Data, Reporting & Optimization
Own performance KPIs: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, and channel-level ROI
Partner with marketing data and attribution leads to improved reporting dashboards and unlock cross-channel insights
Drive growth forecasting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to scale or reallocate spend
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Manage a small team of performance marketers and external agency partners
Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, CRO, and Lifecycle teams to ensure cohesive, data-backed campaigns
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on performance trends, testing outcomes, and growth strategies
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition and performance marketing
Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and programmatic channels
Proven track record of optimizing CAC and driving LTV through experimentation and data-driven decision making
Experience managing media budgets of $10M+ annually
Familiarity with attribution models (MTA, MMM) and performance analytics
Strong leadership and project management skills with a bias for execution
Comfort in fast-growth startup or DTC environments
Preferred
Experience in health tech, consumer wellness, or regulated industries
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Segment, Looker, and conversion rate optimization platforms
Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing best practices
The pay range for this role is $174,000- $200,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
