People Operations Manager
About the Role:
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to help build and scale the internal systems that support a global, multi-brand organization at the forefront of the creator economy. In this role, you’ll support People Ops infrastructure across all teams within Beast Industries - spanning onboarding, offboarding, compliance, systems, and culture - ensuring we have the processes, policies, and support in place to help our people thrive.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can flex between tactical execution and strategic problem-solving. What You’ll Be Doing:
Support day-to-day People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, compliance, systems, and documentation
Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states and countries, partnering with Legal and Finance as needed
Partner closely with leadership on implementing and improving people policies, internal workflows, and best practices
Be the go-to contact for all HR systems, tools, and documentation, ensuring data is accurate, secure, and well-organized
Support team leads in executing employee-related processes such as reviews, feedback cycles, and policy rollouts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure People Ops is seamlessly integrated across the org
Play a key role in culture-building initiatives, team events, and internal communications
Help identify and implement scalable solutions/systems as we continue to grow and evolve
What Makes You a Fit:
4-6 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a similar role, ideally at a fast-growing startup or creator-led org
Deep familiarity with HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance best practices
Experience supporting multistate or global teams across varied business lines or brands
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask across workstreams
Approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality and trust with employees at all levels
Comfortable operating autonomously and owning systems end-to-end
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’ll be a key resource for our entire team
Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
