We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of Human Resources including benefit administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll. You’ll work closely with our experienced HR team to support initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and operational excellence.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Maintain and update HR systems and databases
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with payroll preparation for US payroll which occurs on a semi-monthly basis
Work cross functionally with various departments to support overall organizational needs
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
