Payroll & Billing Specialist
About the position: As a Payroll & Billing Specialist in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting our clients as we onboard professionals in more than 150 countries. You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of payroll, including regular and off cycle approvals as well as issue management.
What you will do
Process and reconcile payroll for our professionals
Set up Payroll and Billing process for our Subsidiaries.
Generate bills to our clients using various cost reports
Work closely with a billing specialist to ensure accuracy on all bills
Ensure Timely completion of Monthly Billing activity for assigned team
Protect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in payroll, wider experience in accountancy processes would be a plus
Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, V and H- lookups, and complex formula writing)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive materials
Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures and adapt local practices to global standard
Foreign currency to USD conversion experience preferred, but not required
Demonstrated interpersonal, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
High-energy attitude; someone who enjoys working with a team
Advanced experience with understanding and reconciling a G2N
