ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partner Sales Reservations Agent, you will support our B2B partners — including relocation agencies, travel management companies, and other intermediaries — in finding the ideal accommodation solutions for their clients seeking mid- to long-term stays. 

You will manage incoming requests via email and phone with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and relationship building.

This role is key in ensuring partners receive fast, well-crafted offers, and consistent support throughout the booking journey.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to partner enquiries regarding extended stays and group bookings

  • Create tailored offers using our internal quotation tools, balancing partner needs and pricing strategy

  • Collaborate with Revenue, Guest Support, and Finance teams to align on availability, pricing, and contract terms

  • Process guest lists for larger bookings, ensuring accuracy and clarity

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key agency partners and intermediaries

  • Support the onboarding of new partners and ensure consistent service delivery

  • Accurately update our CRM and reservations systems with booking and partner information

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C2 level required)

  • Bring at least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, B2B travel sales, or a front office role with a reservations component

  • Are quick to respond and thrive in a fast-paced environment where timing is critical

  • Have an eye for detail and value delivering accurate, high-quality offers

  • Are comfortable managing multiple tasks and requests simultaneously

  • Take ownership of your work and enjoy building lasting relationships with partners

  • A collaborative team player who values open communication and shared goals
