Position Overview

Are you a strategic marketer passionate about driving impact through partnerships? As Partner Marketing Manager, NAM, you’ll play a key role in executing our channel marketing strategy, supporting channel sales directors with demand generation campaigns, events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

You’ll develop effective marketing plans, blending digital strategies, event coordination, and partner engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration across the channel team. With our channel-first approach, you’ll provide resources to maximize success, while also contributing to potential client expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Create impactful brand experiences—plan and execute high-profile offline and online events (tradeshows, conferences, lunch & learns, webinars, virtual events) with Netwrix partners or under the Netwrix brand, collaborating closely with channel sales, product marketing, design, and other teams to bring our brand to life.

  • Lead digital marketing innovation—develop and launch strategic digital campaigns that amplify the Netwrix brand and our partners' visibility. Work with channel sales, product marketing, email marketing, PPC, and social media teams to craft compelling demand-generation initiatives that drive measurable engagement.

  • Maximize marketing ROI with data-driven insights—track and analyze pipeline and bookings generated from partner marketing activities using PowerBI and Salesforce dashboards and reporting, fine-tuning strategies to ensure smart, high-impact marketing investments.

  • Strengthen Netwrix’s channel-first approach—develop and maintain efficient marketing plans across nationwide, regional, and local NAM partners while ensuring continuous collaboration between partner marketing and sales teams to maximize success.

  • Optimize operations for growth—refine and streamline partner and field marketing processes in the NAM region, ensuring the Netwrix brand maintains a strong presence while driving efficiency and innovation.

  • Collaborate across teams—interface with channel leaders, enterprise sales, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives, drive engagement, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Expertise – 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, digital marketing, and event management, with a strong ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.

  • Industry Experience – Preferred background in cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity companies, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.

  • Channel & Field Marketing Knowledge – Familiarity with channel-first strategies and working with channel directors to drive demand generation, events, and marketing initiatives.

  • Event Planning & Execution – Skilled in organizing tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with multiple teams.

  • Digital Marketing Proficiency – Experience launching and managing email marketing, PPC, social media campaigns, and other digital strategies that elevate brand presence.

  • Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using platforms like PowerBI, ensuring high ROI on marketing investments.

  • Strategic Relationship Building – Strong collaborative skills to work closely with channel leaders, enterprise sales, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency – Experience in streamlining partner and field marketing processes, ensuring maximum impact and scalability.

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to effectively articulate ideas, present strategies, and foster engagement across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Fast-Paced Adaptability – Comfortable navigating dynamic, high-growth environments, making swift strategic decisions to maximize success.

  • Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms to drive performance and insights.
