Partner Marketing Manager
About the position:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for lead generation and pipeline creation from partner marketing activities. Encompassing both strategic planning and tactical execution, this role will require solid relationships and communication skills to drive client-facing joint marketing activities in collaboration with partner and marketing leaders within targeted partners.
This position is remote and can be placed anywhere within the UK.
What You'll Do:
An integral part of a high performing team aligning with the Partner Account Managers to develop the plan to support the engagement of partners including recruiting, onboarding, enablement and marketing.
Develop relationships with partner marketing counterparts at key partners’ level to foster a mutually beneficial partnership
Primary marketing liaison for targeted set of partners to focus on and collaborate with to establish and implement co-marketing plans that are measurable and compelling
Collaborate with our content team to create compelling and cohesive content that encapsulate the value proposition of the partnership
Perform metric tracking, measurements, and reporting on campaign performance against key business drivers and communicate effectively across teams and management for clarity and alignment
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, marketing or its equivalent
3-5+ years of experience in marketing in B2B and technology environment for small to mid-size companies
Partner marketing experience in IT, HRIS or enterprise software space (preferred)
Prior experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing plans in EMEA
Skilled in MS Office, SF.com, HubSpot and necessary tools for job execution is advantageous
Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing and evaluating ROI
Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities
Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
Meticulous and quick learner with a “roll up the sleeves” approach
Strong ethical and optimistic mindset
Travel required: 10%
