Job Overview:

Coursera is expanding our Partner Success team with a Partner Engagement Manager to lead bold, high-impact campaigns that inspire our global network of university and industry partners to adopt new tools, embrace change, and stay deeply engaged. In this role, you’ll help shape how partners experience some of Coursera’s most important product and business transformations, applying change management principles and a deep understanding of partner needs to drive clarity, confidence and action.

As a key driver of go-to-partner engagement and communications, you’ll craft strategic messaging and visually compelling assets that turn complexity into clarity. Your work will support product adoption, business shifts and partner engagement at scale. You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Global Communications, and field teams to bring these moments to life in ways that feel clear, human and actionable.

This is a high-visibility individual contributor role that blends strategy, storytelling and execution. Success will require sharp thinking, outstanding writing and slide design skills, strong project management and the ability to align stakeholders across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner-Facing Campaigns

  • Design and project manage go-to-partner engagement campaigns that:

    • Help partners adopt new tools and capabilities on the Coursera platform

    • Support partners through strategic business shifts, such as changes to monetization models or content operations

    • Strengthen trust and alignment through partner engagement programs like councils, feedback surveys, and conferences

  • Develop messaging, visuals, enablement assets, and campaign toolkits for internal and external audiences

  • Serve as a strategic partner to field teams, supporting 1:1 outreach with clear materials and guidance

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Global Communications, Product Management, Services, Account Managers and other internal teams to align on campaign goals and content

  • Deliver campaigns across multiple channels and segments, using email, webinars, and internal enablement platforms

  • Manage campaign timelines and feedback loops to ensure timely delivery and continuous iteration

  • Own the systems and workflows (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) that power campaign targeting, delivery and performance tracking

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics to assess impact and inform future strategy

  • Gather insights from partners and internal stakeholders to improve clarity, tone, targeting, and overall experience

  • Contribute to the refinement of Coursera’s go-to-partner systems and campaign calendar

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience leading communications for strategic change initiatives or business transformation programs, partner or product marketing, customer or client engagement in a tech, B2B, or consulting environment

  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear, engaging messages and designing compelling, professional slide decks for executive and external audiences

  • Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns with measurable business outcomes; ability to think strategically while managing detailed execution across multiple campaigns

  • Willingness to work across global time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with communication and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence, Google Slides)

  • Experience using generative AI or agent-based tools to enhance clarity, speed, and scale in communications with a curiosity to explore new ways they can amplify impact

  • Familiarity with platform product adoption and lifecycle communications; experience working with strategic partnerships or education institutions a plus

  • MBA preferred, ideally with a focus in change management and/or strategic communications
