Partner Education Specialist
Position Summary:
The Partner Education Specialist helps execute the Collabor8 Team objectives of providing opportunities for increased Partner engagement, enablement, and education. They develop course content and lead partner focused Instructor- Led Courses Training and facilitate Peer Groups. This role works closely with the rest of the Pax8 Academy through a variety of interactions and executes on Collabor8 Partner Peer Initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
Subject Matter Expert for selected Instructor Led Trainings
Prepares Academy aligned content including slide decks, speaker’s notes, workbooks, homework assignments, and additional resources to be incorporated into courses.
Present live, interactive course content to small groups (10-20 average) of partners, encourage discussion, and answer questions.
Collect partner feedback on courses, identify and recommend new content, update and improve courses, and enhance educational offerings.
Collaborate and assist other Subject Matter Experts of Instructor Led Trainings by providing feedback, development support, and encouragement.
Facilitator for Peer Groups
Facilitate multiple peer groups, each with 5-10 partner members in each group
Monitor and encourage partner engagement in group and with Pax8 Peer Group community
Supports Team activities to meet Objectives and Key Results of department
Engage in interdepartmental meetings to enhance Instructor-Led Training, ensuring the most beneficial experience for partners.
Seek Opportunities to achieve the Academy Mission of ‘Meeting the Partner where they are at with what they want to learn and how they want to learn it.’
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least five (5) years of MSP experience in a management role, and two (2) years with Peer Group Engagement.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $76,000/yr to $95,000/yr or more depending on experience.
