SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: 

The Outbound Sales position is responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales efforts, targeting prospective small businesses to enterprise level organizations- including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies- through self-generated channels.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • Revenue Production: Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

  • Performance-Based Retention: Continued employment contingent upon consistent attainment of performance targets.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT TERMS:

  • Commission: 15% commission on all closed sales. Guaranteed $250,000 annual minimum compensation.

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES:

  • Mindset & Attitude

Fearless with a hunter mentality. Coachable, competitive, and committed to growth.

  • Communication & Interpersonal

Superior verbal and written communication with high emotional intelligence.

Fluent with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, and virtual communication tools.

Capable of delivering high-impact demos.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Background in IT learning, tech sales, or subscription-based models.

  • This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position, exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

  • Compensation is dependent on experience and skill level
