SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Outbound Sales position is responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales efforts, targeting prospective small businesses to enterprise level organizations- including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies- through self-generated channels.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
Revenue Production: Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Performance-Based Retention: Continued employment contingent upon consistent attainment of performance targets.
COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
Commission: 15% commission on all closed sales. Guaranteed $250,000 annual minimum compensation.

Superior verbal and written communication with high emotional intelligence.

Background in IT learning, tech sales, or subscription-based models.

This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position, exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Compensation is dependent on experience and skill level
