Job Title: Order Creation Specialist
Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for receiving, examining, and preparing background check orders. This role also requires communicating with customers regarding missing information.
This is what you’ll do:
Initiate background and identity checks
Encode data within the Sterling database
Scrutinize and analyze incoming files for completion and inconsistencies
Notify clients/candidates regarding incomplete or incorrect information
Disseminate information to respective departments
Answer questions/inquiries from customers and internal teams
Initiate file closure procedures
Minimum Requirements:
College graduate of any course, no experience required
Undergraduates must complete at least 2 years in college, with at least 1 year BPO experience
Business management, behavioral science, and office administration courses a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledgeable in basic computer applications
Above average written and verbal communication skills
At least 35 wpm typing speed
