What You’ll Do Every Day
Lead engaging, business-focused conversations with partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational benchmarking.
Deliver demos, benchmarking, and strategic planning sessions to inspire partner adoption.
Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to keep the sales pipeline active, healthy, and closing.
Drive and exceed monthly sales goals while growing the number of partners consuming our solutions.
Share trends and best practices in operational maturity so partners stay ahead of the curve.
Manage and track all opportunities in Salesforce with precision.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
To thrive in this role, you must:
Have 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record in the top 10–20% of performers.
Have 3+ years of SaaS experience and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced in CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
Understand RMM, PSA, CPQ & IT Documentation tools, plus IT infrastructure, SaaS architecture, databases, and cybersecurity basics.
Use LinkedIn strategically to build and nurture relationships.
Demonstrate strong communication skills—both verbal and written.

Within 90 days: You’ve earned the trust of your Channel Account Manager team and can lead partner conversations with confidence. Within 120 days: You’re meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and expanding your partner pipeline. Within 12 months: You’re a recognized driver of operational solutions growth at Pax8, with partner success stories to back it up.
