Operations Manager

What We Need:

The Business Operations team at Unified is responsible for managing Unified’s internal order management system, which includes the end to end campaign workflow. The Operations Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Advertising Operations teams to identify, design and oversee the implementation of key workflow enhancements to support the growing business. This includes new features, enhancements to existing features, resolving system defects, etc. The Operations Manager, in partnership with business stakeholders, will be responsible for partnering with the technical team to communicate the business needs via detailed requirements document and supporting materials like workflow diagrams, mockups, solution design and testing. After the item has been released into production, the Operations Manager will ensure that all relevant process collateral is up to date and the changes have been socialized to the broader stakeholder group. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for soliciting feedback from the stakeholder group to confirm satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Interface directly with key business stakeholders to understand and document day to day operations, critical business processes and pain points.

  • Lead discovery and feedback sessions with stakeholders with a focus on continuously improving day to day operations.

  • Transform business requirements into technical design conversations with technical teams, test changes and approve for release into production.

  • Create detailed testing plans and project plans to support large, complex projects.

  • Lead change management process following each release.

  • Track bugs and work with engineering team to resolve and ensure regression testing is adhered to.

  • Act as Tier 1 support (i.e., troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, and resolving simple requests) and escalate to a senior Salesforce admin, if necessary.

  • Produce measurement reporting following releases to measure adoption.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of years of Project/Process Management.

  • 4+ years of Operations experience.

  • Extensive experience documenting business processes and requirements and/or designing workflows.

  • Experience with Salesforce/Community a plus.

  • Able to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
