Operations Generalist

Remote Operations Generalist Position Overview Hostaway is seeking a pro-active, driven Remote Operations Generalist to support the company in building out its Operations work to support the companies growth. Your Mission: ● Help develop processes, policies and systems that support efficient operations scaling ● Support the development and management of company community and collaboration tools including Confluence and company meetings ● Assist with logistics for company events and offsites ● Support onboarding processes for new starters including ordering devices and following simple IT set up tasks ● Where needed, support ad hoc company projects

Requirements:

● 2+ years in a similar broad role ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently ● Experience remotely supporting a distributed workforce ● Strong customer centric mindset ● Fluent in English (Writing/Speaking) ● Previous experience working remotely
