About Trafilea
Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform for Transformative Brand Growth. We’re building the AI Growth Engine that powers the next generation of consumer brands.
With over $1B+ in cumulative revenue, 12M+ customers, and 500+ talents across 19 countries, we combine technology, growth marketing, and operational excellence to scale purpose-driven, digitally native brands.
We own and operate our own digitally native brands (not an agency), with presence in Walmart, Nordstrom, and Amazon, and a strong global D2C footprint.
Why Trafilea
We’re a tech-led eCommerce group scaling our own globally loved DTC brands, while helping ambitious talent grow just as fast.
🚀 We build and scale our own brands.
🦾 We invest in AI and automation like few others in eCom.
📈 We test fast, grow fast, and help you do the same.
🤝 Be part of a dynamic, diverse, and talented global team.
🌍 100% Remote, USD competitive salary, paid time off, and more.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Outbound Omnichannel Lead to own and optimize global outbound operations — ensuring flawless, on-time execution across Amazon FBA, B2B, and D2C channels.
You’ll lead day-to-day operations with international 3PLs, align outbound capacity with forecasts, and build automation to increase visibility, speed, and accuracy. This is a high-impact, analytical, and hands-on role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of logistics, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Global Outbound Operations
Oversee daily outbound performance across Amazon FBA, B2B, D2C, and international 3PLs, meeting all SLA and OTP targets.
Manage Transfer Orders (TOs) from creation to delivery across multiple GEOs.
Coordinate special orders and marketing activations (samples, events, launches).
Plan 3PL capacity aligned with forecasts and major campaigns.
Amazon Operations
Lead FBA replenishments, removals, and aged inventory to maintain 99% instock and <3.5% aged stock.
Reconcile ERP vs. Seller Central data and resolve discrepancies.
Automate inbound and inventory tracking processes for efficiency.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor daily KPIs to keep backlog <2 days and SLA ≥98.5%.
Lead weekly reviews and automate reporting using AI or BI tools.
Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities with 3PLs.
Collaboration & Expansion
Partner with Demand Planning, Marketplaces, and Logistics for outbound priorities.
Support new 3PL onboarding, GEO expansion, and ERP integrations.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or omnichannel operations, ideally in eCommerce.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and Amazon Seller Central.
Demonstrated success managing international 3PLs, outbound logistics, and KPI reporting.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL-based reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones.
Process-oriented, disciplined, and resourceful — with a proven ability to optimize and automate operations.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, global environment.
