Nurse Practitioner (Aesthetics)
About The Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be member-facing, providing virtual consultations for Schedule 4 aesthetic treatments and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, balancing care, caution, and kindness in equal measure and ensuring every patient feels heard, informed, and supported with clinical judgement.
Combining clinical expertise with warmth and empathy, you will guide patients and Nurse Members through safe treatment decisions and build trusted relationships that reflect Fresh's values.
What You'll Do
Conduct safe, ethical tele-health consultations for non-surgical aesthetic procedures, aligned with AHPRA, TGA and state health guidelines
Triage and assess patients, screening for contraindications, psychological suitability, and escalating when in-person care is required
Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of procedures, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes, ensuring genuine informed consent
Prescribe Schedule 4 medicines responsibly, including under WA's Poisons legislation
Maintain accurate and audit-ready records within Fresh Clinics’ EMR
Protect patient safety and wellbeing at every step, putting long-term outcomes ahead of short-term gain
Collaborate with Fresh’s clinical network of nurses, doctors, and support teams to deliver a consistent, best-practice patient experience
Strengthen Fresh’s clinical governance through case reviews, audits, and shared learning
