We are seeking a NextService Implementation Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing the NextService software and holds full certification. This role plays a crucial part in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and offering effective solutions using NextService software.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client requirements and creating tailored NextService solution designs to meet them.

  • Implementing and customizing software offerings such as Scheduling and Dispatch, Mobile App, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Billing, and Reporting and Analytics.

  • Leveraging NextService software functionality to enhance business processes.

  • Conducting NextService software presentations and educating clients on its capabilities.

  • Partnering with the software development team to design improvements and feature additions.

  • Providing prompt technical support to clients, resolving any software related issues, and minimizing downtime.

  • Delivering hands-on training to clients to streamline their NextService software utilization.

  • Managing multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring on-time completion.

  • Maintaining detailed records of project progress for review and audit purposes.

  • Staying up to date on the latest NextService software developments, features, and upgrades.

  • Offering valuable feedback to the development team for software improvement.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or similar field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing NextService software.

  • Full certification in NextService software.

  • Experience with modules such as Scheduling and Dispatch, Mobile App, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Billing, and Reporting and Analytics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within stipulated timelines.

  • A thorough understanding of business process analysis and software development life cycles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of teams.

  • Desire for continuous learning of new software and technology advancements.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or training sessions as required.

  • For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements

$100,000 - $200,000 a year

Salary: TBD

The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
