Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Architect to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level BI solutions using MicroStrategy, ensuring scalability, usability, and performance across client environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise BI solutions using MicroStrategy.
Define architecture standards, best practices, and security frameworks for BI platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Lead performance tuning, optimization, and administration of MicroStrategy environments.
Oversee migration, upgrades, and integration with other enterprise data systems.
Support pre-sales activities and provide subject matter expertise in client discussions.
Mentor and guide development teams on MicroStrategy design and implementation.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Architect or Senior Developer.
Deep knowledge of MicroStrategy Server, Web, Mobile, and Developer.
Strong understanding of schema objects, metadata design, and data modeling.
Experience with dashboard/report development, security implementation, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment.
Nice to Have
MicroStrategy certifications.
Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of complementary BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
