SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: 

The Member Engagement Specialist will identify areas of opportunity to engage members and develop plans and procedures for the inbound sales team to re-engage members who are not using the platform. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly responsible for the membership retention rate. 

  • Will run the Beta Testing program.

  • Will create internal Adept courses for each new product released to make the inbound sales team proficient with the service and support of each new product before the beta testing period ends. 

  • Will provide professional services for high-value customers as needed and/or provide the training, strategy, and plan for the Inbound Sales team to provide the professional services needed. 

  • Responsible for the Adept onboarding program for members, created primarily through Adept courses and skills. 

  • Will create strategies and plans for Inbound Sales to execute to address any member at risk of cancelling the membership. 

  • Will work with product owners to ensure engagement is getting appropriate attention with new and existing products.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Membership retention rate

  • Usage of the platform

  • Usage of the training

  • Health score deltas (change to health scores for at-risk customers)

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Must have a full command of the product, to include the Adept delivery platform and the content. 

  • Must understand IT professionals' and training managers motivations and behavior patterns. 

  • Must be creative and hard-working. 

  • Must have impeccable attention to detail. 

  • Must have experience with AI and an understanding of how and when to use it in performing duties. 

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and exhibit empathy to co-workers and learners.

COMPENSATION/EMPLOYMENT TERMS:

  • This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position, exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

  • Generous employee benefits.

  • $80k annual salary.

  • 1 share of the company's profit-sharing plan will be paid as a bonus each time the company reaches the “Distribution” milestone.
