HubSpot's Marketing Technology team is seeking someone to assist us in managing and enhancing the functionality of our marketing stack.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with various go-to-market teams to build automation and self-service tools that improve our prospect and customer experiences. You will also collaborate closely with our AI team on data.
About the Role
While responsibilities may change over time, the core of your role will be to:
Manage relationships with stakeholders across our Go-To-Market teams, working with them to prioritize needs, develop project plans, and execute automation initiatives.
Build advanced automation programs (using tools like HubSpot and Workato) and manage data synchronization using HubSpot and third-party automation tools, enabling marketers to deliver better customer and prospect experiences.
Dive deep into HubSpot’s data structures and use creative problem-solving to simplify complex operational data challenges.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Collaborate effectively across teams, providing constructive pushback when requests don’t align with customer or business goals.
Maintain high standards of documentation and testing to ensure reliability, scalability, and knowledge sharing.

Have experience or interest in the following areas:
[Required] CRM Systems: Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with object structures (Contacts, Accounts, Deals) and associations.
[Required] Automation & Data Sync Tools: Experience with workflow automation and data integration platforms. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot workflows, Census, Zapier, Workato, or other iPaaS/Reverse ETL solutions preferred.
Programming & Technical Infrastructure: Knowledge of (or ability to learn) core programming languages (e.g., Ruby, JavaScript) and query languages (e.g., SQL), along with an understanding of how systems connect and communicate.
AI Tools: Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for productivity enhancement and technical collaboration. Ability to partner with AI engineers on AI-driven solutions.'

Are detail-oriented and take pride in thorough testing and documentation
Strong project management and communication skills. Can effectively communicate and simplify technical topics to both functional and technical audiences.

Cash compensation range: 88000-132000 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
