Marketing Project Manager

Must-Have Qualifications
4+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or creative operations
2+ years using ClickUp (or similar PM tool) for task and workflow management
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven follow-through
Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Core Responsibilities
Take detailed meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key discussions
Manage daily agendas including meeting prep, task follow-ups, and email updates
Organize project plans by involving the right stakeholders, collecting missing info, and ensuring timely execution
Maintain internal project boards with weekly reporting and data entry
Collaborate with creative and copy teams, track action items, and ensure timely task completion
The Compensation:
55,000 to 75,000/month
