We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to serve as the main point of contact for the Marketing team, supporting divisions, tribes, and squads. This role will champion our Operational Framework and PMO best practices to drive team performance and deliver business outcomes. You will oversee multiple cross-functional marketing projects from planning to execution, optimizing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple marketing initiatives.

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops).

  • Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned with PMO methodology.

  • Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress.

  • Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs).

  • Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring quality deliverables.

  • Drive actionable communication and ensure high-quality output across projects.

Expected Outcomes (Year 1)

  • Conduct an initial assessment and present project and communication workflow improvements.

  • Roll out metrics to track project velocity, efficiency, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure the team is aligned with company planning cycles and rituals.

  • Establish strong documentation and repository management in Asana.

  • Implement improved workflows that enhance execution speed and cross-team alignment.

  • Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and ability to use tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack.

  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Able to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure.

  • Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus.

  • Familiarity with beauty, wellness, or consumer digital spaces is a bonus.
