We’re the 2024 AWS Innovation Partner of the Year, and we deliver at this level while taking every other Friday off (yes, really).

I’m looking for a Product Marketing Manager to partner directly with me, Loka’s CMO, to turn our consulting expertise into GTM campaigns that AWS sellers and our own team can’t wait to use. You’ll spot market opportunities, collaborate with software and consulting teams, and take campaigns from first insight to final execution, including the writing that makes them land.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. We’ll align on priorities together, but you’ll run independently, organizing insights, managing multiple moving parts, ensuring every campaign performs, and exploring how GenAI can be orchestrated to scale your work.

What You’ll Do

Offer Launch & GTM Execution

  • Lead Loka’s GTM motion from concept to post-launch insights.

  • Build and maintain a repeatable GTM process, ensuring adjusting with market shifts (specifically GenAI and migrations).

  • Create pre-launch, in-flight, and follow-up assets that drive adoption.

  • Track performance and pipeline contribution of every campaign.

Positioning, Messaging & Enablement

  • Own positioning and value propositions for offers in collaboration with the CMO, sales and engineering.

  • Create and update enablement kits: one-pagers, battle cards, landing pages, and AWS-ready assets.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform GTM strategy.

  • Ensure Loka’s offers are visible, relevant, and well-positioned within the AWS ecosystem.

AI-Driven Marketing Orchestration

  • Identify and integrate emerging GenAI and automation tools to scale GTM execution.

  • Build workflows that reduce manual work, speed up asset creation, and improve campaign follow-up.

  • Stay curious about how AI can reshape campaign strategy, measurement, and orchestration over the next 1–3 years.

Collaboration & Metrics

  • Work closely with sales, engineering, AWS and marketing to prioritize and launch high-impact plays.

  • Measure time-to-launch, campaign-influenced pipeline, event ROI, and SQL conversion.

  • Continuously refine messaging and assets based on data and feedback.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in GTM, product marketing, partner marketing, or similar — ideally in cloud or high-growth software consulting.

  • Proven ability to bring order to launch chaos and scale repeatable processes.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales enablement and technical consulting positioning.

  • Curiosity and excitement about using AI tools to scale marketing impact — no need to be an expert, but you embrace experimentation.

  • A passion for organization and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and time zones (minimum 4 hours overlap with US West Coast).

  • CV written in English.
