Sembi is a leader in software quality and security management, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that enhance testing, strengthen security, and accelerate product delivery. By unifying industry-leading solutions like TestRail, Xray, Testmo, Ranorex, Kiuwan, and PreEmptive, Sembi empowers development teams to build software the world can rely on. About the role: Are you passionate about bringing structure to complex challenges? Do you thrive on solving technical problems without straightforward answers? Are you naturally curious about data and how it can drive better decisions? We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to streamline system integrations, evaluate campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights into what’s working—and what’s not. This position reports directly to Sembi’s Director of Operations and offers high visibility, including regular interaction with senior management. You will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market and sales strategies, making a measurable impact from day one. You must embrace and enjoy working in a fast-paced, action-oriented culture under the umbrella of a larger supporting corporate parent (Sembi, Inc.). Sembi is a challenging but rewarding environment that values performance and results while offering flexibility around schedule and geographic location (WFH). Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and oversee data pipelines and architectures supporting the marketing and sales technology stack, including platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SQL-based sales and finance data sources.

  • Drive alignment between marketing, sales, and business stakeholders by maintaining clear definitions across various objects and attributes across sales and marketing systems (i.e. contacts/leads source, funnel stages, etc.), documenting key data sources, workflows, and fields (including any dependencies on external systems), and proactively monitoring all core marketing and sales flows for consistency and reliability.

  • Lead the modernization of the marketing technology stack, identifying opportunities to unlock new capabilities and efficiencies while ensuring accurate and meaningful data collection to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on the customer buying journey and drive performance improvements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead strategic and operational initiatives, structuring data-related challenges, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and support the company’s rapid growth.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data collected across marketing and sales platforms, including maintaining adherence to GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and processes to effectively communicate valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical operations-related role or working with technical systems, with at least 1-2 of those years in Marketing Operations (preferably in B2B SaaS).

  • Preferred, not required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or social science, mathematics, or engineering, or commensurate educational or professional experience.

  • Bias for action, a learner’s mindset, and a strong work ethic.

  • Experience with modern marketing and sales platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ZoomInfo, Pardot, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

  • Experience with SQL Workbench or other similar visual database design tools.

  • Experience integrating various technical systems via APIs.

  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to challenge assumptions and drive informed decision-making.

  • Strong curiosity and passion for understanding and optimizing technical systems, with the ability to independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.

  • Commitment to continuous learning, including developing a deep understanding of the company’s products, target customer motivations, and B2B marketing best practices to contextualize data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain clear documentation, and communicate professionally with diverse stakeholder groups.

An Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that Sembi, Inc. will process and retain your resume and related personal information solely for recruitment and hiring purposes. Resumes of unsuccessful candidates will be securely deleted within twelve (12) months of the hiring decision, unless a longer period is required by law or you provide explicit consent for continued retention (e.g., for consideration for future opportunities).

In compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting compliance@sembi.com. Sembi, Inc. does not sell candidate data and will ensure that all personal information is processed securely and in accordance with relevant data protection regulations.
